Jonathan Franzen launched an offensive on e-readers at the Hay Festival in Cartegena. “Maybe nobody will care about printed books 50 years from now, but I do.” ..but hard copy novels will still be around half a century from now.

New Music Venue for 2012 Hay Festival

Hay will have a new music venue for the 2012 Festival. The venue will be near the town centre at the Castle ground. Paper Aeroplanes, an alternative pop band from Wales who have been compared to Fleetwood Mac, and The Cranberries, will be on the bill.
