About

This is an unofficial blog for the Hay on Wye Literary Festival.  The blog started in 2009 as a hobby and as an extension of the Hay experience, which I’ve been enjoying for 10 years.

In its first year it attracted a “staggering” 500 or so views. After two years the number was just short of 10,000, with the year on year figure at least doubling every month.  We’ve had author guest bloggers and I was joined by another blogger Lyndsey or ‘teadevotee’ in 2011.

The best way to make contact is through twitter via @post or direct message to @Making_Hay.  You can email but it isn’t checked every day, however if you prefer that channel the address is MakingHay@Rocketmail.com
